Refund policy

15 DAY RETURNS!

We accept returns postmarked within 15 days of the delivery date.  Top Notch Designs USA is not responsible for return/exchange shipping costs (shipping is non refundable). 

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Refunds cannot be returned to alternate cards or different forms of payment.

Returns/exchanges must be received in new condition; unworn, unwashed, unused. Items returned with obvious use, makeup, animal hair, dander, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains may be subject to refusal.

You must notify us of damaged or defective items within 7 days of receipt to qualify for replacement. Please email topnotchdesignsny@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the defect and we are happy to help!

Final Sale items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.

You can return items via an insured mail service of your choice.  Please reach out to us prior to returning.

Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be processed once it reaches our warehouse.  We will send you a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
