The eyeliner came whole, chose #11. Matte, gel, waterproof 100%. The color is bright, saturated. Definitely 5 stars.

I will give 5 stars I love them all, I ordered black, white, purple and pink. They are very easy to apply and it stays on even after tears from eyes who have watery eyes in wind.

perfecto eyeliner, is not waterproof but its ok anyway for normal day. colours are bright and well pigmentation.
